RIBER Reports 15% Drop in 2022 MBE Systems Reven

RIBER, a global market leader for MBE equipment serving the semiconductor industry, reported its full-year revenues for 2022. MBE systems revenues came to €14.8m, down 15% from 2021. The delivery of two research systems representing an amount of €2.9m had to be deferred to 2023 due to supply chain disruption affecting electronic components.

Revenues for services and accessories totaled €13m, down 6% versus a historically high basis for comparison. This change is primarily attributed to the deferral of a major accessories order because of supply tensions and delays. Despite the challenges faced by the Company in 2022, RIBER remains confident that its long-term strategy will enable it to deliver on its objectives in 2023 and beyond.
