Onto Innovation Inc. (NYSE ONTO) will shortly release its 2023 first quarter results after the market closes on Thursday, May 4, 2023. In connection with this release of financial results, Onto Innovation will host a conference call and audio webcast. The call will be hosted by Michael P. Plisinski, chief executive officer, and Mark Slicer, chief financial officer and will take place at 430 p.m. (ET).
